Supply Chain Manager

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations—driving efficiency, cost savings, and exceptional service delivery.

·       As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products move seamlessly across the globe. You will:

·       Lead global logistics operations across ocean and air freight

·       Build and manage strong relationships with logistics providers, ensuring high-quality service at optimal cost

·       Own procurement processes—from supplier selection to negotiation and performance management

·       Coordinate warehousing, inventory, and distribution to ensure on-time delivery

·       Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement

·       Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales to align supply and demand

·       Quickly resolve logistics challenges and mitigate risks across the supply chain

·       Champion lean processes and efficiency initiatives

·       Develop and mentor a high-performing supply chain team

·       You’ll make a measurable impact through:

·       More accurate demand forecasting

·       Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

·          3-5 years of experience in supply chain, global logistics, or operations

·       2+ years leading teams and driving performance

·       Proven expertise in international shipping, freight, and cost control

·       Strong skills in ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics

·       Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities

·       Financial acumen with a focus on optimization

·       Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a dynamic environment

·       Mandarin language skills preferred

·       Experience working with China-based supply chains and international sourcing
