Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Location: Remote Role

Duration: 6 months-1 year

Job Purpose:
Support activities to deliver Clinical Supplies in support of global clinical programs. Work with internal and external teams to support activities associated with the packaging, labelling and distribution to meet deliverables to maintain clinical supply for TESARO portfolio and assist in the tracking, collection, and filing of necessary documentation associated with clinical supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support aligned clinical supply team with day-to-day supply chain activities across programs by executing various activities to meet department and company goals including but not limited to - forecast/demand data inputting and reporting, logistics, invoice, and quotation tracking.
• Facilitate document gathering to enable clinical supply release
• Maintain various online shared filing repositories
• Submit documents to Trial Master file and perform regular periodic review as required
• Management of temperature excursions for local depots, in-transit excursions from local depots, and clinical site excursions
• Monitor the clinical supply mailbox and ensure all emails are directed to and actioned by aligned supply chain manager.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and quality investigations as required

Competencies
o Experience working in a supply chain environment is preferred
o Demonstrates an understanding of clinical packaging and manufacturing terminology.
o Possesses working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
o Microsoft office competency and data literacy
o Experience of inputting into and use of Trial Master File (TMF) systems
o Experience of business wide ERP systems
o Capable of accurately reviewing, and editing documentation for completeness, with strong attention to detail.
o Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, influencing, and facilitating skills both individually and in a group situation
o Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
