Job Title: Summer Promotions & Marketing Assistant

Position Summary
Payzant is seeking an energetic and reliable Summer Promotions and Marketing Assistant whose primary focus will be the planning and execution of weekly Summer BBQ Events. This role will also support the Marketing Department with promotional initiatives and social media content creation. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with people, and contributing creatively to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute weekly Summer BBQ Events, including preparing food and supplies, transporting equipment, working events, complete set up and tear down, safe operation of BBQ equipment, serving contractors and customers, and cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Assist with additional promotional and community events including sales promotions, holiday events, tournaments, and other initiatives, including working events, set-up, and tear-down.
• Support Payzant’s social media presence through content creation, photography and video capture, compiling and organizing an image asset library, and leveraging current trends to strengthen brand visibility.
• Represent Payzant Home Hardware professionally at off-site and in-store events while building positive relationships with customers and contractors.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist the Marketing Department with additional projects as required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with customers.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Creative with an interest in social media and digital content.
• Able to lift 40 to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Schedule Requirements
This position is primarily Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as needed.
