Store Manager (Fido)
Job Type / Category
Sales environment within a retail store. Ability to lead a
team and serve customers to generate more revenue, and commissions. Job pays a
combination of Base salary, Commissions, Bonuses, and various other Performance
Incentives.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily store operation.
· Maximize store profitability and manage all store financials, including inventory control and cash flow.
· Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after‐sales service.
· Implement corporate merchandising directives and standards.
· Lead a small team and offer continuous coaching and support.
· Manage staff and assign duties.
· Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
· Stay knowledgeable about our products, services, promotions, and policies.
Job Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Skilled in leading and inspiring a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience.
· Accountability to create and deliver business plans to meet regional, store, and employee targets.
·
Ability to work a flexible schedule, (40
hours/week), navigate multiple computer systems and multitask.
Salary Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
