Position
Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily
operations, lead our team, and ensure an organized, customer-focused
environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail, is
detail-oriented, and is comfortable managing inventory. MUST BE ABLE TO
TRAVEL AND TRAIN IN CLINTON, TN UNTIL STORE OPENS.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning and POS systems
- Manage cash handling procedures, including registers, deposits, and balancing drawers
- Ensure accurate pricing, tagging, and stock organization
- Receive shipments and coordinate restocking of clothing and other merchandise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor sales performance and help drive store success
- Create staff schedules and manage basic administrative tasks
- Train staff on proper loss prevention and cash handling practices
Qualifications
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with barcode/POS systems strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

- Pay range: Starting at $18 per hour (based on experience)
