💵 Competitive Pay & Incentives

• Base Pay: $18.50–$23.00/hr, based on experience

• Weekend Differential: +$1.00/hr for eligible weekend hours

• Medical Insurance Opt-Out: +$3.00/hr, if eligible

Potential Total Compensation: Up to $27.00/hr when working eligible weekend hours and receiving the medical opt-out incentive.

🧭 What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents

• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and other daily activities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document care

• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow Nurse Aides

• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment

✔️ Requirements

• Active Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry certification – REQUIRED

• Availability to work 1st Shift, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM

• Ability to work scheduled weekends and holidays as assigned

• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality resident care

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

• Successful completion of required background and drug screening
