Adult & Pediatric Dental Care is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Sterile Processing Technician to join our growing dental team! This position plays a critical role in keeping our clinical team efficient and maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in supporting patient care behind the scenes.

• Clean, sterilize, package, and organize dental instruments and cassettes
• Maintain sterilization logs and infection control protocols
• Prepare treatment rooms and trays for hygiene and doctor procedures
• Stock operatories and monitor supply inventory
• Assist with clinic flow and turnover between patients
• Ensure sterilization area remains clean and organized
• Follow OSHA and CDC infection control standards

• Dental experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
