⭐ Open Nurse Aide Positions

• 2nd Shift (2:30p–10:30p)

  • $3.00/hr 2nd shift differential

  • $1.00/hr weekend differential

• Day Shift (7:00a–7:00p)

  • $1.00/hr weekend differential

• Night Shift (7:00p–7:00a)

  • $2.00/hr night differential

  • $1.00/hr weekend differential

All roles:

• Require every other weekend

• Follow a predictable two-week repeating schedule

• Participate in an A/B holiday rotation

💵 Pay & Incentives

• $18.50–$23.00/hr base pay (based on experience)

• +$3.00/hr 2nd shift differential

• +$2.00/hr 3rd shift differential

• +$1.00/hr weekend differential

• +$3.00/hr medical opt-out (after meeting eligibility)

➡️ Combined, Nurse Aides can earn up to $30.00/hr with differentials and incentives.

This is highly competitive with regional CNA/STNA wages.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care

• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and engagement

• Build meaningful relationships in a household-model environment

• Document care accurately and follow care plans

• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow Nurse Aides

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

• Active Nurse Aide certification on the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry (required)

• Ability to work every other weekend
