Experience Protection Officer— Where Safety, Standards, and Hospitality Meet
This role is for people who lead with awareness, integrity, and calm confidence.
Pay: $22-$27/hr
You understand that the first impression sets the tone — and hospitality starts the moment a guest arrives. You’re warm, naturally observant, read rooms, notice patterns, and notice things to be able to step in before situations escalate.
As an Experience Protection Officer, you’re the first and last impression of our guest experience. You protect standards, ensure safety, and help guests feel welcomed, respected, and at ease.
AboutYour 3rd Spot is a Social Experience Club™ designed for connection. More than a night out, it’s an immersive space where people discover new experiences and come alive together.
Guests unlock access to curated games and analog interactions with an Experiences Pass, then “Taste & Connect” through small plates and a beverage program showcasing elevated, creative cocktails, honest pours, and zero-proof options.
