What You Do
• Responsible for Onboarding & Offboarding for all staff accommodation residents
• Communication and enforcement of our housing policies and regulations
• Maintaining and promoting inclusive, fun and organized staff areas
• Ensuring that all rooms are fully equipped and ready for staff arrivals
• Ensuring that off-boarding walk throughs/inspections are completed prior to residents departure
• Daily management of all staff housing platforms and logs in correlation with Payroll
• Bi-weekly meetings with Payroll to ensure rent amounts/damage deposit amounts are correct
• Coordination with HR on residency infraction mitigation
• Coordinating employee led committees (social committee, sustainability committee, health and safety committee)
• Play an active role in Health & Safety on property including assisting with conducting monthly H&S meetings, communication of all H&S policies, addressing H&S issues and leading emergency procedures. Escalate issues as required to ensure H&S of our employees and guests is a top priority
What You Need
• Strong leadership skills around difficult conversations and mitigation, ability to uphold confidentiality around sensitive employee information
• A social butterfly able to relate to residents and plan fun & responsible events
• Hospitality experience is preferred
• Experience in housekeeping or maintenance leadership is an asset
• Technical skills – Microsoft 365, PMS experience an asset
• Experience with health and safety programs
• Ability to work and collaborate with other leaders
• Self-starter, willingness to learn new skills and develop new ideas
