Sr. Product Manager
Job Summary
JM Test Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance of our digital product ecosystem. This role owns the full product lifecycle—from roadmap to delivery—for multiple platforms that directly impact customer experience and business operations.
This position requires a strong mix of product strategy, technical understanding, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and manage product roadmaps across multiple digital platforms
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
Balance short-term deliverables with long-term scalability
Product Development & Delivery
Own and manage product backlogs from intake through release
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Partner with engineering teams to review builds and ensure quality
Lead UAT, defect resolution, and production releases
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and leadership teams
Communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders
Align teams around priorities without escalation
Data & Performance
Define and track KPIs for product success
Use SQL and analytics tools to inform decisions
Measure impact based on business outcomes (efficiency, revenue, adoption)
AI-Enabled Product Development
Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate product workflows
Review AI-generated outputs with engineering teams
Support efficient, high-quality development processes

Required Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience (digital products or business systems)
Experience managing customer-facing web applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and review technical outputs
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with laboratory, calibration, or field service software
Familiarity with MERN stack, .NET, or similar technologies
Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in product development
Knowledge of ISO 17025 or similar compliance standards
Experience with system integrations, onboarding, or acquisitions
SQL or data analysis experience
