Key Responsibilities
• Plan and lead fun daily activities such as games, crafts, and group events
• Spend one-on-one time with residents to build meaningful connections
• Assist with outings like shopping trips and community events
• Create a warm, positive, and engaging environment for all residents
• Help in the dining room during mealtimes (feeding assistance once CNA certified)
• Document resident participation and share updates with the care team
• Follow all safety and facility policies

Education and Experience
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
