We are known for our commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and long-term employment. As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead upcoming modular project mobilizations across Western Canada.

 

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Site Supervisor to lead modular installation projects across Western Canada. This is a field-based leadership role responsible for site coordination, trade supervision, quality control, safety performance, and daily progress reporting.

This role is ideal for an experienced construction leader who enjoys remote project work, rotational schedules, and managing crews in fast-paced modular environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead on-site crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day construction activities

·       Review drawings, specifications, and site documents for accuracy and constructability

·       Monitor project progress, maintain daily reports, and communicate updates to the project team

·       Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and site logistics to keep work on schedule

·       Maintain site quality, manage deficiencies, and ensure work meets project standards

·       Promote a strong safety culture and maintain a clean, organized work site

Support project meetings, planning, and pre-construction coordination as required

Qualifications

Required

·       5+ years of construction supervision experience

·       Experience in modular, camp, or remote construction environments

·       Strong knowledge of the BC Building Code, WorkSafeBC requirements, and construction safety practices

·       Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and site documentation

·       Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

·       Valid driver’s licence and legal eligibility to work in Canada

Preferred

·       Trade background with progressive experience in general contracting

·       Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and coordination

·       Current safety certifications such as CSTS, First Aid Level 1, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, or TDG

·       Ability to meet site-access requirements, including project-specific testing or fitness standards
