WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our Millstream Fuel and Convenience Centre located at 2320 Millstream Rd. Victoria, BC. This is a full-time position offering approximately 32 – 40 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate is:
· Available to work any day of the week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
· Confident and a reliable leader who can support the team
· Can make decisions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive and supports daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and safety procedures
· Able to stand for long periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Lead shifts and supports daily operations
· Coach and supports team members to help them succeed in their roles
· Respond calmly to emergencies and helps maintain a safe environment
· Address performance and safety concerns while communicating clearly with the team
· Confidently assist customers
· Follow all regulations regarding selling age-restricted products
· Stock and merchandise shelves accurately
· Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
· Ensure products are well displayed and meet quality standards
· Safely and effectively operate required equipment
· Follow all safety procedures
