Jacksons Restaurant + Bar located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley in Monaca is looking for Servers to join their team. There are full time or part time lunch and dinner shifts available.
The Servers have a range of duties focused on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant. Their key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking accurate orders, having a good understanding of the menu, serving food and beverages promptly, checking in with customers for satisfaction, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, collaborating with kitchen staff, addressing customer complaints professionally, recommending additional items, understanding responsible alcohol service, working effectively with other staff, maintaining a positive attitude, adhering to health and safety standards, and handling reservations. Overall, the Servers play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience and contributing to the success of the restaurant.
Required Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding people skills
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is a plus
