Senior Analytical/Administration Officer

Consolidated Gypsum Supply is a building supplies distribution company with its Head-Office in Edmonton, Alberta. We've been serving Western Canada for the past 49 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Data Analysis

·     Mine and analyze ERP (BisTrack) data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.

• Prepare clear, data‑driven sales reports for leadership.
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting preparation.
• Monitor CRM usage and data quality to support sales effectiveness.
• Investigate system data to validate accuracy and highlight performance gaps.
• Monitor manual pricing.
• Oversee and monitor special pricing programs (clearance, manager specials and showroom specials)
• Suggest new methods and contribute to the development of new tools to improve and streamline processes.
• Assist in communicating sales strategies and priorities to the sales team.
• Contribute to special sales projects (e.g., project tracking, business development, account reviews).

Procurement & Pricing

• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and product updates.
• Maintain accurate product setup and pricing and update SKUs in the ERP system.
• Purchase inventory for 30+ vendors and handle ad‑hoc procurement requests.
• Support negotiations, sourcing, and procurement documentation.

Inventory & Vendor Management

• Maintain centrally purchased items and balance inventory between branches.
• Maintain vendor agreements and update buy‑rule programs.

        Administrative Support

• Manage procurement records, samples, and marketing materials.
• Provide training and support to internal teams.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Post secondary education in a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience using ERP
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
