Scheduler / Scheduling Coordinator (Project Staffing & Resource Planning)

  Salary: 50-60k + benefits

We’re looking for a Scheduler / Scheduling Coordinator who can keep projects moving by putting the right people on the right work at the right time. This role sits at the center of operations partnering with leadership and project teams to coordinate internal resources, manage utilization, and solve scheduling challenges in real time. This is not about years of experience. It’s about your ability to stay organized, think clearly under pressure, build relationships, and make things happen.

• Coordinate and manage project schedules and resource allocation across multiple teams
• Partner with leadership to align staffing needs with project demand
• Optimize utilization and resource planning across internal teams
• Act as the central point of coordination between project managers, team members, and leadership
• Identify scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot in real time
• Communicate updates, risks, and changes clearly to stakeholders
• Escalate issues when needed to keep projects on track
• Maintain scheduling systems, trackers, and reporting

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, project support, or operations
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate across teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Experience with resource planning, utilization tracking, or workforce coordination is a plus
