Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Reports To: Manager of Operations and Escalations

Employment Status: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: Florida

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team. This individual will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of sales processes, tools, and analytics to support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and passionate about enabling sales teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and refine scalable sales processes to drive efficiency and consistency across the sales organization.
  • Manage and optimize the use of CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics) to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with sales/business development leaders to create accurate sales forecasts, quota assignments, and territory plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales enablement team to deliver training, resources, and tools that support the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, campaigns, and performance goals.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales tools and technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to resolve operational challenges and remove roadblocks.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and recommend improvements to accelerate the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development and operations SME’s to create/refine sales/pitch materials.
  • Regularly audit and refine processes, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving business needs and market trends.
  • Monitor and manage the sales operations budget, ensuring cost efficiency in implementing tools and resources.
  • Develop strategies to optimize sales team performance through tailored coaching plans and incentive programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful sales processes and tools.
  • Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Medical Billing and Behavior Health sales operations.
  • Knowledge of advanced reporting tools like Power BI, or Excel.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Solution Selling and Value Pricing).
