Hotel sales manager, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue for the hotel by selling its services and facilities to potential clients. 

We will only consider CA applications for this position. 


1.       Sales Strategy and Planning: You develop sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets set by the hotel management. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target customer segments, and setting sales goals.

2.       Client Acquisition and Retention: You actively seek out new clients and build relationships with them. This includes conducting sales calls, attending industry events, and networking to promote the hotel's offerings. You also work on retaining existing clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.

3.       Negotiation and Contracting: You negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients, including pricing, services, and contractual agreements. You ensure that contracts are properly executed and comply with the hotel's policies and legal requirements.

4.       Revenue Maximization: You collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue. This involves analyzing market demand, adjusting rates, and implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques.

5.       Sales Reporting and Analysis: You monitor and analyze sales data, such as revenue, occupancy rates, and market share. This helps you identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.

6.       Collaboration with Other Departments: You work closely with other departments within the hotel, such as marketing, operations, and event management, to coordinate sales efforts and ensure a seamless experience for guests.

7.       Team Management: If you lead a sales team, you are responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating your team members. You set sales targets, provide guidance and support, and conduct performance evaluations.

8.       Industry Knowledge: As an inside sales manager, it's crucial to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. This knowledge enables you to position your hotel effectively and stay ahead in a competitive market.
