Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Slick City Action Park. You're the first person guests see when they walk through our doors — and that first impression sets the tone for their entire visit. We're looking for someone who is warm, confident, and driven: someone who can welcome guests with genuine energy, answer questions on the spot, and turn that conversation into a membership sale.

YOUR #1 PRIORITY: MEMBERSHIP SALES

Selling Slide Nation Memberships is the core focus of this role. You will actively engage guests on the floor, communicate membership value, overcome objections, and close sales — every shift.

•        Proactively approach guests and promote monthly membership packages

•        Confidently explain membership benefits, pricing, and value

•        Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals each shift

•        Track and report your daily membership sales numbers

•        Follow up with interested guests and drive conversion

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

•        Greet every guest with high energy and a welcoming attitude

•        Check guests in, process waivers, and handle admissions efficiently

•        Answer guest questions about the park, pricing, and policies

•        Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the sales counter

•        Support party bookings, upsells, and add-on promotions

•        Set the tone for the guest experience from the moment they arrive

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•        Sales experience preferred — but passion and drive matter most

•        Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys talking to strangers

•        Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive, team-first spirit

•        Ability to handle objections and turn hesitation into enthusiasm

•        Reliable transportation and availability for evenings/weekends

•        Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

•        Must be 16 years of age or older
