Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant / Move-In Coordinator, you will:
🏡 Guide the Move-In Experience - Coordinate the move-in process from start to finish, including paperwork, apartment finish selections, billing coordination, and welcoming new residents to the community.
🤝 Build Meaningful Relationships - Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for prospective residents and their families by answering questions, conducting follow-up, and providing information about Cedar Community's services and living options.
📞 Support the Sales Team - Assist with lead management, tours, events, seminars, and CRM documentation to help achieve occupancy goals for Independent and Assisted Living.
📋 Coordinate Events & Communication - Prepare marketing materials, manage event RSVPs, complete post-event follow-up, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Philanthropy, and Independent Living teams.
✨ Create an Exceptional Resident Experience - Support new residents before, during, and after move-in while coordinating welcome activities, move-outs, and ongoing communication to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
✔ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
✔ Previous direct sales experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
✔ Knowledge of senior living and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) is a plus.
✔ Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
✔ Outstanding communication, organization, and customer service skills.
✔ Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
