Safe Harbor Program Director- Full-time, 35 hours per week

The Town of Cohasset is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Safe Harbor Program Director to lead our community coalition focused on preventing underage substance use. This role oversees grant management, coalition coordination, and staff supervision while advancing the goals of our Drug-Free Communities initiative. Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to assist in the implementation of community prevention initiatives to support the mission of the Town of Cohasset’s community coalition to prevent youth substance use, Safe Harbor Cohasset Coalition, and all other related work as required.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Grant Management
• Manage Budget & Contractors
• Facilitate Coalition Leadership
• Oversee Program Evaluation
• Supervise Staff
• Advance Community Outreach

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, social work, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in public health, health education, social work, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, benefited position classified as Grade M2 ( $73,774- $88,167 ). The Town of Cohasset offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
