Getting the Job done:
· Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality.
· Anticipates guest’s needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.
· Maintain the image of the hotel by appearing presentable and well groomed.
· Clean and maintain all guestrooms to specific property and Brand standards.
· Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift.
· Maintain organization and supplies on the housekeeping cart and in the linen closets.
· Check all rooms and report any damages, repairs, lightbulbs and missing supplies.
· Attend all mandatory meetings and complete all the required training.
· Greet all guests and team members and warmly engage.
· Be aware of the Guest Service Scores and understand role ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Complete all tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or Hotel Manager(s), which may include cleaning of public areas and laundry.
· Ability to grasp, bend, stoop and push, pull and lift 30 bls.
Experience for Success:
· Housekeeping experience a plus
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Previous customer service experience
· Willingness to work in a fast paced and physically active work environment
