Responsibilities: As an RN Weekend Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include leading and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. Your role is crucial in ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Key day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and coordinating nursing staff on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) during the 7am-7pm shifts.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the nursing team assigned to their individual units.
• Playing a vital role in the DON in training program.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care.
• Participating in the selection of team members and contributing to company policy development.
• Serving as a charge agent, challenging the status quo, and demanding clinical excellence.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid license in the State of Tennessee.
• Long-term care and supervisory experience are required.
• BLS CPR Certification.
