Loyalhanna Care Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in Latrobe, PA. Our goal is to assist each resident to achieve the highest degree of independence through the provision of quality resident care, in a healthy, safe and comfortable environment. 

Registered Nurses support the daily living needs of our residents. The responsibilities of an RN are to ensure the proper medical management of each resident. The RN works as a liaison between physicians, hospitals, family members and other medical personnel to ensure resident's plan of care is followed. Caregiving is demanding but rewarding work best suited for compassionate individuals who enjoy caring for others. Among the many skills, strong communication skills are one of the most important and essential for the candidate to fill this position.
