We're hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 overnight nursing care for a teenager in the comfort of their home.
Instead of managing a large patient assignment, you'll spend your shift focused on ONE patient — providing skilled nursing care, monitoring, and support while building a meaningful relationship with the patient and family.

As your patient's overnight RN, you'll provide the skilled nursing care and monitoring they need throughout the night.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor your patient's condition and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Provide case-specific nursing care according to the plan of care
• Respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Communicate with the family and Castor clinical team
• Complete real-time nursing documentation during your shift
• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate and dependable approach to care
• Interest in providing one-on-one pediatric nursing care

Previous pediatric or private duty nursing experience isn't required. Castor provides paid, case-specific training so you feel comfortable and confident before working independently.
