Pay: RNs starting at $38+/hr | LPNs starting at $32+/hr

We are looking for a compassionate RN or LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a young adult in the home. This is a meaningful opportunity to support one patient and family while building a trusted, long-term relationship in a comfortable home setting.

This case offers multiple shift options throughout the week, making it a great fit for nurses looking for flexible hours, consistent shifts, or a long-term case that works with their schedule.

Available Hours Include
• Sundays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
• Mondays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
• Wednesdays evenings until 11:00 PM
• Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday evenings from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Assist with daily care needs within your nursing scope of practice
• Monitor and support the young adult’s safety, comfort, and well-being
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Provide compassionate, dependable care to the young adult and family
• Complete simple real-time charting during your shift

What We’re Looking For
• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate and dependable nurses
• Nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships through 1:1 care
• New grads encouraged to apply
