Christwood is looking for a Staff Development Nurse who will work in our Resident Health Center. Christwood has an outstanding community and regional reputation and provides meaningful living in a home environment. The Staff Development Nurse is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering education and training programs for nursing and clinical staff across Christwood's Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Assisted Living areas. This role ensures staff competency, regulator compliance, and professional development while promoting high-quality resident care and safety. 

This is a full-time day shift with limited weekends position.
