Brooksville Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. We are committed to resident-centered care and are looking for nurses who value teamwork, professionalism, and quality outcomes.

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekend Contract Option: Saturday & Sunday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Weekend Contract nurses receive an additional $2.00/hour shift differential, on top of:

• Standard evening (3–11) differential

• Standard night (11–7) differential

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident's condition and promptly report changes

• Document care in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements

• Support and mentor CNAs; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

• Promote safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (required)

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
  (New graduates encouraged to apply)

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

• Dependable, professional, and committed to resident-centered care

• Daily Pay Available

• $3,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time

• $1,500 sign-on bonus for Part-Time
