Administering medications and treatments accurately and timely
Supervising CNAs and supporting a positive team environment
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions
Documenting care provided in accordance with regulatory standards
Responding to resident and family needs with professionalism and empathy
Current and unencumbered RN/LPN license in the State of Florida
IV Therapy Certification (as required by state)
Valid CPR certification (must be maintained during employment)
Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory requirements in long-term care
Supervisory and leadership capabilities
Ability to lift 60–70 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and flexibility to support residents’ needs
Familiarity with EHRs and basic computer systems
Must pass background check, drug screening, and required physicals
