Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide 1:1 overnight nursing care for a young child in Rockford.

Instead of being responsible for multiple patients throughout your shift, you'll focus on ONE child, providing the skilled nursing care, monitoring, and support they need safely at home.

Whether you're an experienced pediatric nurse or a new grad interested in building your skills, we'll provide the hands-on training and clinical support you need to feel confident in your case.

As your patient's overnight nurse, you'll provide the skilled care they need while giving their family the reassurance of knowing their child is being closely monitored throughout the night.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home

• Monitoring your patient's condition and vital signs

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered

• Providing trach, vent, G/J-tube, or other case-specific care as needed

• Responding appropriately to changes in condition

• Communicating with the family and Castor clinical team

• Completing real-time nursing documentation during your shift

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain

• Dependable and compassionate approach to care

• Interest in working one-on-one with a pediatric patient

You don't need previous private duty nursing experience to apply. Castor provides paid, hands-on training in trachs, vents, G/J tubes, and other case-specific skills so you can feel comfortable and confident before working independently.
