Required Skills/Abilities:  

·        Strong knowledge of adult clinical care and home care regulations 

·        Proficient with Windows-based systems and healthcare software 

·        Effective planning, time management, and ability to work independently 

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must understand English proficiently. 

·        Professional demeanor with flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality 

·        Commitment to service excellence and a collaborative work environment 

·        Regular interaction with patients, staff, and community members 

·        Must be able to maintain concentration, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to changing conditions

·        Requires reading, writing, basic math, and the ability to communicate clearly 

·        Comfortable working independently or in physically isolated settings when needed 

·        Capable of handling patient and staff concerns with professionalism 

Education and Experience: 

·        Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in the State of Minnesota. 

·        Two years in home health, med-surg, or acute care preferred
