RESTAURANT MANAGER

Pescador, from Blue Ribbon Restaurants, and is scheduled to open in early Fall 2022. It is located at the corner

of Commonwealth Avenue and Kenmore Street in the heart of Boston’s vibrant Kenmore Square. Pescador is a

"Coastal Grill" featuring fresh local seafood, and its menu is inspired by a variety of international coastal

cuisines, from Andalusia to Argentina. The restaurant features outstanding design elements from floor-to-

ceiling windows, a spacious 195-seat dining room flooded with natural light, a 16-seat ceviche bar, and a 29-ft.

cocktail bar. Pescador will be a cultural hub and a favorite dining and drinking destination for locals and

visitors alike.

We’re seeking for a hard-working, team oriented and career driven Restaurant Manager, whose passion for

the craft of excellent service matches their passion for fine food and drink. The Restaurant Manager will be

responsible for day-to-day operational oversite, as well as our company culture and ethical standards.

Requirements:

ï‚· 4+ Years Food/Hospitality Industry.

ï‚· 2+ Years Managerial Experience of a team of 20 or more.

ï‚· Extensive Beer and Spirit Knowledge Preferred.

ï‚· Familiarity with POS systems.

ï‚· Experience with ordering and inventory management.

ï‚· Understanding of sales goals, production pars, and quality control.

ï‚· Extensive experience with training new hires and continual training to develop staff.

ï‚· Meticulous cash handling and management.

ï‚· Courteous with staff and co-workers.

ï‚· Excellent customer service acumen (in-person and by email).

ï‚· Detailed knowledge of Department of Health regulation and attention to cleanliness.

ï‚· Must have open availability to work on different shifts, day/night, weekends, and holidays.

ï‚· This is a Full-Time position.
