Position Title: Repair Technician 

Position Type: Full Time 

 Deliverables: 

•  Approximately 40 Hours produced on budget & schedule each week

•  Ensure all company Vehicles & Equipment are maintained per service intervals

• Ensure company Vehicles & Equipment are safe for team and prepared for work

•  Maintain a shop that is clean, well organized, and set up for efficiency 

• Responsible for all repairs and maintenance on light, medium, heavy duty vehicles and equipment

• Daily updates to General Manager & administrative tracking systems

• Grow skills & knowledge of the company & industry

• Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs

• Identify & prevent future breakdowns

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency & accuracy

Skills & Requirements:

•  5 years minimum of mechanical experience 

•  Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctions on Vehicles and Equipment of all sizes

• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively

•  Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary

• Valid NYS Drivers License 

• Ability to tow & back up equipment trailers.

• Ability to lift 80 pounds

• Attention to detail

• Ability to use power tools & equipment properly, safely & efficiently 

  Compensation:
