Tube Park Attendant -- Winter 2026/2027

Mount Norquay is hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Tube Park Attendants for the upcoming winter season. This is a fun and dynamic outdoor role, perfect for those who love the mountains, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with a variety of shifts available—including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and enjoyable tubing experience for all guests
• Monitor and manage guest flow at the tube lanes and handle tubing equipment
• Communicate clearly with guests and co-workers to maintain safety and efficiency
• Deliver excellent customer service while assisting guests with questions or concerns
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support team operations as needed during daily park setup and takedown

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift/move tubes and assist guests
• Prior experience in a guest-facing or outdoor role is an asset, but not required

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:

• This role is based entirely outdoors and requires working in varying mountain weather
• Shifts include weekends, holidays, and evenings during peak periods
• Must be physically able to lift and carry tubing equipment and assist with snow removal as needed
