At Vitality Living of Aitkin, you'll know your residents by name — their stories, their families, what makes them laugh. Our skilled nursing, assisted living, and rehabilitation community sits on the edge of town, where the pace lets you actually deliver the care you were trained to give.

We're hiring Registered Nurses who want real clinical variety, a schedule that fits their life, and a wage that reflects what they bring to the floor.

No long-term care experience? No problem. If you have your Minnesota RN license, we'll teach you the rest.

Top wage: $50/hour, hourly pay based on FTE: 

• FTE > 0.8: $32 base wage+$18/hour (up to $50/hour)

• FTE 0.6–0.8: $32 base wage +$14/hour (up to $46/hour)

• FTE < 0.6: $32 base wage +$10/hour (up to $42/hour)

What You'll Do

As an RN at Vitality Living of Aitkin, you'll provide hands-on clinical care and lead the team on your unit:

• Wound care — assessment, treatment, and healing progression
• IV therapy — administration and ongoing monitoring
• Tube feedings — safe delivery and tolerance management
• Disease management — chronic condition oversight and care plan follow-through
• Supervision & direction — guiding the nursing staff assigned to your unit
• Partnership — collaborating with providers, families, and your care team

What You'll Need

• Current Minnesota Nursing License (required)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification — classes provided onsite at no cost to you
• Reliable commute to Aitkin, MN 56431 — or plans to relocate before your start date
• Prior long-term care experience is a plus, but absolutely not required
