E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about digital marketing and driving growth in the e-commerce space? Do you have a knack for crafting innovative strategies that captivate audiences and generate results? If you have 3 to 5 years of experience, we’re looking for someone just like you to join our team as an E-commerce Digital Marketing Specialist! Position will be based out of Addison, Texas or Irvine, California.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO optimization and enhance organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including ad copy, graphics, and multimedia assets.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.
- Monitor e-commerce website performance and user experience, implementing enhancements to optimize conversion rates and customer retention.
- Work with Extranet Brand and Booking Channel Market Managers to optimize web presence across platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product management, sales, and customer service, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the market landscape, informing strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular reports and updates on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work with hotel and corporate teams to support external marketing efforts.

What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Performance Standards
Performance shall be measured by the achievement of the:
- Revenue Growth: The primary KPI for the E-commerce Digital Marketing Specialist is the growth of online sales revenue. This includes tracking and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitoring and improving the conversion rates across various stages of the customer journey, from website visitors to completed purchases.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Calculating the ROI of digital marketing campaigns by comparing the cost of investment to the revenue generated. Maximizing ROI is essential for ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Traffic Acquisition: Increasing website traffic through organic search, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and other channels. This includes both quantity and quality of traffic.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Managing and optimizing the cost of acquiring new customers across different marketing channels, ensuring it remains within acceptable levels.
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Maximizing the lifetime value of customers by increasing repeat purchases, fostering customer loyalty, and driving long-term engagement.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Improving search engine rankings and visibility through targeted keyword optimization, resulting in increased organic traffic and higher click-through rates.
- Digital Advertising Performance: Monitoring the performance of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc. This includes metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and ad engagement.
- Website Performance: Evaluating the performance of the e-commerce website, including metrics such as bounce rate, time on site, and overall user experience. Making continuous improvements to enhance website usability and conversion rates.
- Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Measuring customer engagement metrics such as social media interactions, email open rates, and customer feedback scores to gauge satisfaction and loyalty.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry peers and identify opportunities for improvement.
