Regional Director of Operations

Vitality Healthcare Management is seeking a results-driven Regional Director of Operations to lead and oversee multiple senior living communities.

This role is ideal for a leader who is competitive, decisive, and execution-focused—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and holds teams accountable to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       Oversee operations across multiple communities, including Assisted Living (AL), and Skilled Nursing (SNF).

·       Drive financial, clinical, and operational performance across the region

·       Lead, coach, and hold Executive Directors and Administrators accountable for results

·       Implement strategic action plans and ensure consistent execution across sites

·       Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

·       Previous multi-site senior living or healthcare operations management experience required

·       Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license preferred 

·       Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) required

·       4–7 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living operations

·       Proven ability to lead through change, improve performance, and develop high-performing leaders

·       Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge across multiple care settings
