Red Seal HVAC Technician

Position Overview  

1Click Energy Solutions is looking for a skilled and safety-focused HVAC Technician to join our growing team in St. John's, Newfoundland. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing heat-pump based heating and cooling systems in residential settings, while ensuring compliance with provincial safety regulations and manufacturer standards.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and perform installation and service of heat pump-based heating and cooling equipment   

• Diagnose system issues, test components, and perform corrective actions 

• Ensure all work complies with Safety NL, provincial codes, and industry standards  

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong Connections with homeowners through clear, respectful communication 

• Foster a culture of Education, growth, and continuous learning 

• Demonstrate Leadership by helping shape the direction of 1Click NL and contributing to building a strong, high-performing team 

 Qualifications & Requirements

• Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic License or Gas Fitter Certification
• Experience in residential HVAC service and installation
