Recruitment Employee Engagement Assistant
Royal Health Group is looking for a motivated, passionate Recruitment Assistant to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize and maintain files.
Attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required.
Schedule interviews with candidates and assist in the onboarding process.
Follow up with recruitment team.
Maintain spreadsheets and files to maintain compliance.
Type letters, reports, statements, minutes of meetings, agendas, etc., as necessary/directed.
Type, file, and distribute correspondence as directed.
Ensure communication with new hires on a regular basis.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
1+ year of office experience preferred
Healthcare experience a plus.
Strong communications and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems(required).
Ability to input/log-in data
Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Employee Engagement Specialist would include:
- Maintain Communication
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement and growth
- Implement feedback mechanisms such as suggestion boxes, employee forums, or anonymous surveys.
- Provide a supportive environment for staff to express concerns and feedback
- Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts or disputes among staff members, promoting a harmonious work environment
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives through metrics such as employee satisfaction scores, retention rates, absenteeism, and productivity. Use this data to refine strategies and address emerging issues
- Encourage Growth and Development
- Motivate staff to continue education and trainings
- Celebrate milestones and successes along the development journey to reinforce motivation and commitment to growth.
- Pair experienced staff with newer staff members to serve as mentors and provide guidance, support, and advice. Mentorship programs can help new staff members to acclimate to their roles more quickly, improve job satisfaction, and foster a sense of camaraderie.
- Mentorship Programs would undergo thorough monitoring to ensure constructive feedback is provided for any and all staff members involved.
- HR Coordination
- Work with HR Payroll to ensure seamless onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- This includes new hire calendar scheduling, providing user login credentials, conducting background checks, new hire paperwork, data entry, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws
- Represent Royal Health Group in local events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences to promote values and engage the community
- Recognition Programs
- Organize service awards, and appreciation events such as staff lunches, potlucks, and company merch giveaways
- Set up team fundraising activities to foster community engagement while also marketing to new potential employees and residents
- Address low morale and enhance employee motivation
- Propose wellness programs that promote physical and mental health, such as fitness challenges, mindfulness sessions, and access to counseling servicesEstablish regular communication channels, such as email newsletters, bulletin boards, or digital platforms, where staff members can share updates and resources.

- Employee resource groups provide a platform for employees to connect, support one another, and advocate for diversity and inclusion within the organization

- Promote Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Encourage collaboration among different departments to foster a sense of unity and teamwork
- Partner with department heads to identify areas for improvement within their departments and develop strategies for addressing them as well as promoting continuous improvement
