Project Manager (Life Sciences)

• Location: Southern NJ / Greater Philadelphia
• Hybrid: 3 days on-site & 2 days remote
• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to move work forward across teams, manage client relationships, and keep projects on track—without overcomplicating it. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead cross-functional projects, work directly with customers, and manage timelines, KPIs, and budgets in a fast-paced environment. If you’ve operated in life sciences, GMP environments, or IT implementation projects, you’ll stand out immediately.

• Own project timelines, deliverables, and execution from kickoff through completion
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and strong delivery
• Track and report on KPIs, milestones, and financial budgets
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
• Support IT/networking or system implementation projects where applicable

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong background in customer-facing project management
• Experience tracking KPIs, budgets, and project performance metrics
• Exposure to one or more of the following:
  • Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical environments
  • GMP-regulated environments
  • IT networking or system implementations
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Clear ownership and visibility across projects
• Direct interaction with internal & external clients and leadership
