About ONCAT

The Ontario Council on Articulation and Transfer (ONCAT) puts learners first by making it easier to navigate and succeed in Ontario’s postsecondary system. ONCATdrives efficiencies across thepostsecondary systemthrough the implementation of shared tools and evidence-based practices that empower learners to receive appropriate academic recognition for theirprevious postsecondary education, as well as the knowledge and skills they acquired through workplace, non-formal and informal learning experiences. 

ONCAT manages ONTransfer.ca,an online guide that helps learners explore their transfer and pathway optionsacross colleges, universities and Indigenous Institutes. As a convener and sector partner, ONCAT collaborates with postsecondary institutions to advance learner mobility by supportingprojects that develop transfer pathways, streamlinecredit transfer processes and facilitate transitions to the labour market. ONCAT is funded by the Government of Ontario. 

 About the Position

We’re seeking a Project Administration Officer - a recent college or university student or graduate who is organized, detail-oriented, and loves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role blends research, project coordination, and communications, giving you the chance to build skills across multiple areas while contributing to meaningful initiatives.

Reporting to the Transfer and Technology team, you’ll support project execution. Your responsibilities may include:

Project & Administrative Support

  • Assist with transfer payment agreement activities.
  • Help craft proposals, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
  • Manage correspondence, enter data, format documents, and maintain records.
  • Organize and coordinate special projects and team meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Ability to learn new web tools and navigate online platforms.
  • Collaborative mindset and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • As a Government funded organization bilingual candidates (English/French) are preferred.
