Program Coordinator

HOPE FOR VETERANS PROGRAM

Help lead a program that supports veterans as they work toward stability and recovery. As Program Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day operation of the Hope for Veterans Program, guide staff, and help ensure veterans receive high-quality care.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Supervise and support Behavioral Health Counselors and Case Managers through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Provide clinical guidance and on-call support for crisis intervention and emergencies.
• Partner with the Veterans Housing Director to maintain program quality and meet regulatory, stakeholder, and accreditation standards.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners, and support program development and outreach.
• Help coordinate program activities, cover shifts or staff duties when needed, and maintain a safe facility.
• Keep service documentation, billing-related records, and veteran information accurate and confidential.
• Transport veterans safely in agency vehicles when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCADC license.
• Knowledge of veterans’ issues, mental illness, addiction, and homelessness.
