Production Associate

We’re hiring reliable Production Packers to support manufacturing operations by inspecting products, packing finished goods, completing quality checks, and keeping production areas running smoothly. This is a fast‑paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for quality: dimensions, print clarity, seal strength, and job‑spec requirements

• Pack finished goods into boxes; label, stack, and palletize using slip sheets

• Read job jackets and complete routine quality documentation

• Maintain clean, organized work areas

• Communicate with machine operators, section leaders, and supervisors

• Report unsafe conditions and follow all safety procedures

• Make minor machine adjustments as needed (training provided)

• Attend mandatory meetings

• Support team goals and meet production deadlines

Required

• 2 years minimum warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Able to work 12-hours shifts
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, bend, stoop during full shift
• Able to pass drug and background check

• $17 per hour

• Alternate schedule 12-hour shifts
• 3 day / 4 day
• Morning and Evening
