Respiratory Therapist PRN

IMC is currently hiring a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) on a PRN basis, who under the general supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Director applies the Respiratory Care process ( assessment, planning , intervention and evaluation ). Effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional Respiratory Care. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psycho / social, education, safety and related criteria for the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric population.
EDUCATION
- High School Graduate
- Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory School
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION
- Current license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist or Certified Eligible Therapist.
- Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registry Eligible Therapist.
- Current CPR Certification. (Infant, Child and Adult)
TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience preferred, but not required
