- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Production Schedulers, Quality, and Engineers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct employee training and maintain accurate training records, ensuring all training is signed off, complete, and that employees fully understand the operational procedures.
- Assess staffing needs and assist with interviews for open positions.
- Assist with annual employee performance reviews.
- Determine overtime needs.
