Pier Supervisor (seasonal) 2026

Responsibilities

• Able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours

• Possess a sense of responsibility and ability to multitask in a fast paced and ever-changing environment

• Good computer skills (outlook, work, excel)

• Excellent communication skills

• Organization skills is a must

• Laise with leads in all area of terminal

• Communication with Ship Guest Services team

• Complete summary for ship file

• Communicate any concerns with manager throughout the day

• Work with other stakeholders in terminal for proper guest flow and IT connection

• Manage by walking around

• Complete turnaround report at end of day

• Ensure all equipment has been put away at the end of day

• Put all reports in ship day folder

• Scan reports to place on SharePoint for invoicing

• Send payroll report to payroll coordinator
