POSITION OVERVIEW

MedNOW Clinics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our growing team in the Denver Metro. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing evidence-based, patient-focused care in a collaborative clinical environment.

As a MedNOW Physician, you’ll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients, deliver a full spectrum of primary care, and collaborate with a team of experienced clinicians, behavioral health professionals, and support staff who share your passion for quality and service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide comprehensive patient care — including medical histories, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
• Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver patient education on health maintenance, prevention, and wellness.
• Accurately document patient encounters in Athena EHR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic treatment.
• Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.
• Utilize MedNOW’s multimodal care approach — including behavioral health, physical therapy, nutrition, and interventional medicine.
• Maintain up-to-date professional and technical knowledge through continuing education and professional organizations.
• Demonstrate integrity, compassion, and leadership in all interactions.

SCOPE OF WORK & EXPECTATIONS

• Maintain current Colorado medical license, DEA, and board certification.
• Exhibit the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Consider patients’ cultural, psychological, and social factors in treatment.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, clinical leadership, and administrative teams.
• Provide compassionate, individualized care for patients of all backgrounds.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Colorado Medical License and furnishing number
• DEA and ACLS/BLS certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, or urgent care
• Proficiency with Athenahealth EHR preferred
