Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibility Highlights include:

· Performing procedures, tests, and complex treatments to ensure safe and effective evaluation and treatment of residents.

· Attend and participate in family meetings as appropriate

· Attends and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.

Physical Therapist (PT) Minimum Qualifications:

· Current and valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Pennsylvania
