What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support and companionship to individuals in their homes, helping them live safely and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
• Provide companionship and engagement, encouraging social interaction and mental stimulation
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
• Follow all safety, infection control, and care protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who are committed to quality care and strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification (preferred or required based on role)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in home care, personal care, or assisted living preferred
• Strong understanding of basic caregiving practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
